Process
We fully disassemble and evaluate and inspect all parts. After cleaning the parts, each is inspected and measured for wear. Seal groves are inspected for nicks and damage, and repaired as necessary. Cylinder rods and cases are inspected and measured for wear. New parts are made when old parts are not repairable. Once the repairs have been made, all components are tested according to factory specs, painted and returned to the customer.
Fabrication
We can provide any fabrication needs per your blueprints or CAD file. This includes but is not limited to cylinders, buckets, wrecker beds, heavy equipment modifications and anything in between.
